Each paper must have at least one author registered by September 3rd, 2007. Additionally, for each accepted paper at least one author is required to attend the workshop and present the paper. Registration for the workshop comprises the following fee that covers for:

	admission to all SMAP sessions
	refreshments during coffee breaks on the workshop days
	buffet lunches on the workshop days
	the workshop bag including gifts and one hard copy of the IEEE workshop proceedings
	one invitation for the workshop's social event
	inclusion of one paper (up to 6 pages for the Main track (including the COST 292 Special Session) and up to 4 pages for the Doctoral Consortium) in the IEEE workshop proceedings
